Apparel

What kind of things do you sell?

We sell women's apparel, jewelry and accessories but keep checking back as we add more items to our site.

How do I know the apparel will fit me?

We make sure all our apparel has a sizing chart to insure the most acurate fit possible.

Are all your apparel made in the USA?

Althugh we love to support apparel made in the USA, it's not all made here. We have customers from around the world as well as warehouses to get the items to the customer as quickly as possible. We also like to show love and support to different cultures and makers around the world so everyone can feel included.

 

Payments

What forms of payment can I use at checkout?

We accept most major credit cards as well as Google pay and Apple pay. We don't accept checks of any kind or C.O.D.'s.

 

Shipping

How fast does an item get shipped out?

We have a 2-7 business day processing time depending on where the item is located and if it will come in multiple packages at no extra cost to the customer.

How will I know if my items are on it's way?

You will receive an email as soon as your items leave our warehouse and on it's way to you.

Once my order is shipped, how long will it take to get to me?

We ship out the items with the quickest and most affordable shipping service so your order can get to you in a timely manner. We however are not responsible for any delays that may come from the carrier as the package will be out of our posessiion and not in our control.

 

Refunds

What if I changed my mind after I placed an order?

Once an order begins to process, it can't be undone. For a full refund, buyer must email customerservice@2heartsapparel.com within 24 hours of purchase.

What if I refuse a package to insure I get a refund?

Any package that is refused when delivered will automatically be charged a 30% restocking fee and only be refunded the remaining 70% of the cost paid for the item minus the shipping cost.

What if I decide I don't want the items after they've been delivered?

We offer returns on unworn apparel with tags still attached and clear garment packaging with SKU label within 7 days of the package being delivered. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. Orders with split packages can go off the delivery time of the final package being delivered. Please do not return any items that were not approved with a return number as they will be denied and deemed a forefit by the customer which will not be refunded.

Will I get a refund on my shipping charges as well?

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Am I responsible for paying to have my items shipped back for a refund?

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.

Once approved, how much time do I have to return the items?

You will have 7 days to send the item back for full refund minus shipping cost. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. We will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

What if I don't take the return seriously but still want my refund?

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
